Since spring 2010, Ruby Watchco has happily served hungry Toronto diners. Located in the city’s Riverside neighbourhood, Ruby’s four-course prix-fixe menu changes daily. Their wonderfully talented and creative Chefs Lynn Crawford and Lora Kirk conceive and execute exciting new menus each evening based on local, seasonal products. They call it Market Inspired Comfort Food.
